We partnered with ATB Construction Group, who built the deck structure for this project, while our team completed the exterior stone veneer installation on this huge deck. Our stonework covered all the columns and fascia, creating a clean and upgraded look. Check out the before and after pictures to see the transformation.

The materials for this project were supplied by Stone Selex, using Tudor Limestone in the Olive colour.

What we ran into on site

The home was in the construction phase with exterior sheathing already installed and prepared for the exterior cladding system. We had to a lot of corrections on the exterior sheathing.

A 3-foot gap between the house and the fence line limited scaffolding options on the east elevation, requiring a staged ladder-and-platform approach

Work had to be carefully sequenced around framing completion, window installation timing, and coordination with other trades working on the building envelope to ensure proper integration of the stucco system.
