The home was in the construction phase with exterior sheathing already installed and prepared for the exterior cladding system. We had to a lot of corrections on the exterior sheathing.
A 3-foot gap between the house and the fence line limited scaffolding options on the east elevation, requiring a staged ladder-and-platform approach

After the insulation was installed, we rasped all the insulation and got rid of any uneven areas on the walls that were caused by inadequate framing
To safely complete the north elevation, we used a narrow scaffold which is 24 inches wide, allowing our installers to maintain quality workmanship despite the restricted working space
We installed a CCMC-approved Durock PUCCS drainage system and coordinated closely with the general contractor ensure property integration with windows and flashing. The drainage design allows incidental moisture to move downward and exit the wall assembly, supporting effective moisture management.
