For a house situated on a busy Toronto street, we installed exterior stucco and stone on the lower half of the front elevation. This project aimed to not only enhance the curb appeal but also provide a durable finish that withstands urban environmental stress.
Our team carefully managed the installation to minimize disruption to the busy street, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. The combination of stucco and stone materials added a sophisticated and timeless look to the home, blending seamlessly with its urban surroundings.

No subcontracting — every stage below was carried out by our certified installers, start to finish.
The home was in the construction phase with exterior sheathing already installed and prepared for the exterior cladding system. We had to a lot of corrections on the exterior sheathing.
A 3-foot gap between the house and the fence line limited scaffolding options on the east elevation, requiring a staged ladder-and-platform approach
Work had to be carefully sequenced around framing completion, window installation timing, and coordination with other trades working on the building envelope to ensure proper integration of the stucco system.
