There was a lot of ivy damage on this beautiful home. Some of the old stucco was also peeling and crumbling in various areas. We scraped off all he ivy and applied base-coat cement, along with reinforcing mesh, followed by our Exterior Stucco finish.
It looks much better and much cleaner now!

The home was in the construction phase with exterior sheathing already installed and prepared for the exterior cladding system. We had to a lot of corrections on the exterior sheathing.
A 3-foot gap between the house and the fence line limited scaffolding options on the east elevation, requiring a staged ladder-and-platform approach
Work had to be carefully sequenced around framing completion, window installation timing, and coordination with other trades working on the building envelope to ensure proper integration of the stucco system.
