This project involved replacing the old siding on the second story of a home with high-quality exterior stucco, aiming to enhance both insulation and aesthetic appeal.
Undertaken in winter, the project required special care, including the use of tarps and heaters, to ensure the stucco application was successful despite the cold weather. This not only improved the home's thermal efficiency but also gave it a fresh, modern look.

No subcontracting — every stage below was carried out by our certified installers, start to finish.
The home was in the construction phase with exterior sheathing already installed and prepared for the exterior cladding system. We had to a lot of corrections on the exterior sheathing.
A 3-foot gap between the house and the fence line limited scaffolding options on the east elevation, requiring a staged ladder-and-platform approach
Work had to be carefully sequenced around framing completion, window installation timing, and coordination with other trades working on the building envelope to ensure proper integration of the stucco system.
